Packers/Machine Operators

Framework Staffing is hiring Packers / Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Stokesdale, NC.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for full-time, long-term manufacturing work with multiple shift options. These positions also have the potential to become temp-to-hire based on performance, attitude, attendance, and teamwork.

This position starts at $16.00 per hour as a temporary employee.

If hired permanently after successfully completing the required hours and demonstrating exceptional performance, the pay range can increase to $19–$21 per hour.

Location: Stokesdale, NC – conveniently located about 25 minutes from Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem, just outside Guilford County off Highway 220.

Available Shifts

Multiple shifts are currently available, including:

• 12-hour Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 12-hour Night Shift: 06:45 PM - 7:00 AM

What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?

The 2-2-3 schedule consists of rotating 12-hour shifts:

• Work 2 days
• Off 2 days
• Work 3 days

The schedule then rotates, and employees work every other weekend.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Pack and inspect products and materials.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues.
• Perform machine changeovers and adjustments as trained.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance as trained.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Use measuring tools and understand millimeter measurements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing, production, machine operation, or packing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate production machinery.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical materials in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Employees who complete 480 hours and demonstrate exceptional performance, a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork may be considered for permanent employment.

Permanent pay range: $19–$21 per hour, depending on eligibility and performance.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates must:

• Pass a required drug screening.
• Have no felony convictions within the past 7 years.
• Have no pending criminal charges.
• Have no history of violent crimes, including charges involving concealed weapons or assault, regardless of disposition.

Paid Orientation

A required paid orientation will take place before the scheduled start date.

Candidates should be prepared to begin their assigned shift shortly after completing orientation.
