Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative CSR to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and policy servicing
- Doing certificates of insurance, auto ID cards
- Turning in the first report of claims
- Day-to-day tasks of reviewing policies
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to learn and be trained in a new field
- Property and Casualty Agent License required
- Previous experience in insurance customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An independent insurance agency located in Omaha is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for placement. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, abide by all state insurance laws, insurance carrier regulations and agency procedures. Must be able to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
The agency has been in business for over 10 years and represents leading insurance carriers. This is 25-40 hour time position paying salary plus commission, with hours Monday – Friday.
