RN Clinical Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team. The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a key role in supporting nursing operations, leading and mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with the coordination of day-to-day clinical operations and resident care services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team to promote a resident-centered approach to care and improve health outcomes.
• Monitor resident care quality metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Assist with staff training, orientation, and professional development programs.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
• Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Minnesota (required).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
