Entry Level Sales Associate

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional skills in sales, customer service, brand promotions, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and introduce current products, services, and brand promotions
• Deliver confident sales presentations that highlight features, benefits, and promotional offers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers choose the best options for their needs
• Generate new customer enrollments and support ongoing retail sales campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand professionally
• Assist with in store marketing promotions and customer engagement initiatives
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and new enrollments through company systems
• Maintain a professional and organized promotional area inside retail environments
• Participate in team meetings focused on sales training, leadership development, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
