GROUP LEAD SUPERVISOR – INDUSTRIAL CLEANING

Location: Ladson, SC
Pay: $25.00/hour

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring experienced Group Lead Supervisors to support our client at the Mercedes-Benz facility in Ladson, SC.

THIS IS A WORKING SUPERVISOR POSITION.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front. You will supervise approximately 7–8 employees, including a Team Lead, while ensuring the crew is working safely, efficiently, and meeting the client's expectations.

Previous leadership/supervisory experience MUST be reflected on your resume.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and provide direction to a team of 7–8 employees
• Oversee and support the Team Lead
• Complete required Group Lead paperwork and documentation
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Work alongside the team when necessary
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized industrial environment

Industrial Cleaning Duties

This is a hands-on leadership role, so you’ll supervise your team while also assisting with industrial cleaning as needed. Work may include:

• Cleaning industrial machinery, production areas, ducts, tanks, screens, and filters
• Pressure washing, scraping, and removing buildup from equipment and paint-line areas
• Handling waste and moving heavy materials or equipment
• Ensuring all work areas meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous Group Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership experience required and must be reflected on your resume
• Cleaning or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, direct, and hold a team accountable
• Must be comfortable with physical work, heavy lifting, and working at heights
• Reliable transportation and attendance required
• Must successfully complete all required background, drug screening, E-Verify, and site safety requirements
