Looking for part-time college level team player with possibly all day Friday OFF and available to work - so this could be GREAT for an SELU student. Also need two afternoons for a total of 12-16 hours weekly. Entry level office clerk position.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Accurately enter data related to customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with small team and customers to resolve issues
- Collaborate within a small team to optimize workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in college
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry
- Attention to detail
