In an HR Specialist job you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough, objective, and timely employee relations investigations.

What you'll need:

• A minimum of five years of progressive HR experience.

• Strong background in conducting employee relations investigations and handling sensitive workplace issues.

• Proven track record of partnering effectively with leadership on employee relations matters.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
