Position Summary

Polar Air is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This entry-level, full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking on the phone, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Route calls to the appropriate department or team member
• Schedule service appointments and relay customer information accurately
• Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries
• Maintain call logs and update customer information as needed
• Support the office team with light administrative tasks
• Represent Polar Air with a positive, helpful, and professional attitude

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
• Customer service mindset with a friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
• Prior receptionist or call-handling experience is a plus, but not required
