Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in compliance with established protocols and standards. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be necessary based on specialty.
