CAD Engineer I - Full-time

LockLeed International is recruiting a CAD Engineer I for an electronics manufacturer in Bloomington. This is a full-time, direct hire role with the client, paying $70,000 to $85,000 a year.

What you'll do

• Read in, convert, review and clean up customer data for manufacturing, using CAM tools such as InCAM
• Read and interpret customer prints and drawings
• Design circuits and heaters
• Handle low to mid-complexity data conversions, panelization and tool generation
• Troubleshoot simple CAD/CAM problems and support the production floor

What you need

• High school diploma or GED, plus a two-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Basic blueprint and drawing reading
• Spatial reasoning, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; hours vary as work moves through the factory
