Part-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist - Gilbert

At Summit Physical Therapy AZ, we’re an 8-year PT-owned practice committed to creating a supportive environment where clinicians have a voice, reasonable productivity expectations, and the opportunity to help shape the future of our clinic and patient care. We invite you to treat patients the way you believe outpatient physical therapy should be delivered.

We believe productivity should support a successful clinic—not come at the expense of quality patient care or clinician burnout. Our expectations are realistic and designed to allow you to focus on treating patients well.

As a PT-owned practice, we're able to make decisions based on what's best for our patients and our clinicians. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, develop programs, and help shape the direction of the clinic.

We're interested in finding someone who wants to build a career with us. There are opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, and advancement as the clinic continues to grow.

After 8 years in the Arizona community, we have an established patient base and a strong foundation—while still having the flexibility and opportunity of an independent practice.

If you're looking for an outpatient PT position where you can practice the kind of physical therapy you believe in, work with a supportive team, and have a genuine voice in the future of our clinic, we'd love to hear from you.
