Lead Assembler Compensation

• Pay rate: $40.00 per hour
• M-F; 8-5pm

Lead Assembler Responsibilities:

• Coordinate assembly activities to ensure engineering builds are completed on schedule, following manufacturing procedures.
• Provide daily leadership and guidance to assembly personnel, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and support assemblers to ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing and prototype equipment, programming routines as needed.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.

Lead Assembler QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Onsite work with regular hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Remote/on-site/hybrid: Onsite
• Compliance: Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality policies
• Environment: Lab environment with exposure to mechanical equipment, chemicals, and varying temperatures

***Education/Licenses Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: five or more years of manufacturing experience, experience operating and troubleshooting equipment, and process improvement support
