Credit & Collection Analyst Compensation

• Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Credit & Collection Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support by managing data entry, portal administration, invoice processing, and customer support functions.
• Proactively review and upload billings to respective customer portals.
• Serve as the point of contact for credit card processing and escalations.
• Respond to account queries professionally and promptly.
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.

Credit & Collection Analyst QUALIFICATIONS:

_**_Critical Information**_**_

• Shift/hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote).
• Remote/on-site/hybrid: Hybrid
• Compliance/submission notes: Proficiency in government and commercial collections, MS Excel, and customer support required. Experience with SAP, ERP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Environment: Office environment requiring independent and team work, multitasking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

_**_Education/Licenses Needed**_**_

• Good administrative skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Preferred: experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, or shared service centers.
