Job Description
  • Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license or willing to obtain
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree from an accredited program
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience strongly preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to travel between patient homes within the assigned service area
  • Proficiency with EMR/point-of-care documentation systems
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Bilingual candidates a plus, depending on region
