About the Role:
Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Gwinnett, Dekalb, and Fulton, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Follow infection control protocols and adhere to all HIPAA and facility compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
