We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing plumbing operation.

What You'll Do

• Perform commercial and new-construction plumbing installations
• Complete underground, rough-in, top-out, trim, and finish plumbing
• Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving
• Help lead crews and mentor apprentices
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, safety, and code compliance

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience
• Strong commercial and new-construction background
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and applicable codes
• Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to meet applicable Colorado licensing requirements

A Plus:

• Crew Lead or field leadership experience
• Boiler/hydronic knowledge
• Tenant improvement experience
• Experience mentoring apprentices
