What We’re Looking For

• Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong high-volume, scratch-kitchen background
• Excellent culinary technique, quality, and presentation standards
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a culinary team
• Experience with food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
• Strong organization and ability to execute during high-volume service
• Passion for hospitality and consistently delivering exceptional food
