Pest Control Technician

The Pest Control Technician will provide expert pest management services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients within the local area. This role involves identifying pest issues, applying safe chemical treatments, and maintaining clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Occasional emergency or after-hours call-outs are expected to address urgent pest problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify pests and assess the extent of infestations
• Apply chemical treatments safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and safety measures
• Maintain and service pest control equipment regularly
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Develop and implement pest treatment plans tailored to each site
• Keep accurate records of services performed and chemicals used
• Prepare sites for treatment, ensuring minimal disruption
• Diagnose pest problems to determine appropriate solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pest control
• Certification in pest management or a related field
• Valid Pesticide Applicator License
