BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in preparing apartments to meet high-quality standards for new residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing make-ready duties on vacant apartment homes
• Painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, and touch-up work
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Appliance checks and minor repairs
• Ensuring apartments are clean, safe, and move-in ready
• Following safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic maintenance, repairs, and tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
