Location: Channelview, TX 77530
Schedule: 7am to 4:30pm, M-F
Hourly Rate: $16/hr
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented groundskeeper to join a large pipe yard in the Channelview, TX area. This role involves the upkeep of pipe yard facilities while maintaining both on-site organization and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with industrial facility upkeep. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled. 
• Maintains shop, equipment rooms, and storage areas in a neat, organized and secure fashion. 
• Assists and performs installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, flooring mechanics and other minor building/community repairs. 
• Ensuring all property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance and amenities.
• Routinely inspects and communicates to immediate supervisor about applicable needs to perform duties. 

• One year experience in building maintenance or similar role
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools
• Experience working in a pipe yard or industrial environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding and outside environment
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
