Location: Bronx, NY
Job Type: Regular Full-Time
Pay: $55.00–$65.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform diagnostic mammography procedures while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and high-quality imaging. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography examinations using specialized imaging equipment.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout procedures.
- Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate mammography, X-ray, and other applicable imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with Radiologists regarding mammography examinations and diagnostic evaluation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and applicable clinical guidelines.
- Educate patients about the mammography procedure and answer questions.
- Maintain a high standard of image quality and patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Mammography Technologist.
- Demonstrated proficiency performing mammography examinations.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to mammography.
- Familiarity with additional imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, or PET preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in imaging and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
