Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details

Current Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
B Shift Beginning in October: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $21hr

• Overtime possible and mandatory based on business needs
• MUST HAVE STAND-UP FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience required
• Previous stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience operating Raymond, Crown, or similar stand-up forklifts
• Steel-toe safety shoes required on Day 1

About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role

As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating stand-up forklifts, including Raymond, Crown, or similar equipment, to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
• Accurately picking and putting away materials in designated warehouse locations
• Transporting, storing, and retrieving parts, products, and supplies
• Identifying, sorting, stacking, and locating materials throughout the facility
• Auditing materials and inventory to maintain accuracy
• Using computers and RF scanners to process and track warehouse transactions
• Supporting department operations by ensuring materials are moved efficiently and accurately
• Following all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Performing required equipment and safety checks
• Participating in team and safety meetings
• Communicating inventory, equipment, or operational concerns to appropriate team members
• Working collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals
• Completing additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
