Call Center Representative

Location: Malvern, PA (Fully Onsite) Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay: $20.00/hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused, dependable, and organized Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced customer service team within the home improvement and design industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Schedule

Full-Time

• 40 hours per week
• Typical hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Ideal schedule:

  • Friday
  • Saturday

Part-Time

• 20 hours per week
• Typical hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Ideal schedule:
  • Sunday
  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Thursday

Weekend Hours

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Flexibility is available. Candidates should provide their available days and hours when applying.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Manage multiple phone lines and handle concurrent customer interactions efficiently
• Schedule consultations, appointments, and service-related visits
• Place outbound calls to confirm appointments, installations, and customer requests
• Process customer payments through electronic payment systems
• Accurately update and maintain customer information within company databases
• Route paperwork and customer documentation to appropriate departments
• Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging customer situations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Accurate data entry and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
