Title: Material Control Technician

Location: Acton, MA 01720
Pay Rate: $25.40/hr
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Summary: Material Control Technician to support warehouse and material control operations in a medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the accurate movement of materials between the warehouse and cleanroom while maintaining compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Transfer materials between warehouse and cleanroom environments.
• Perform SAP/ERP transactions for all material movements.
• Replenish material control areas using Kanban systems.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material documentation.
• Support production teams with timely material delivery.
• Follow QMS, SOP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete end-of-shift housekeeping and inventory activities.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and documentation.
