BIM Modeler

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a BIM Modeler to join a growing and expanding team supporting the Semiconductor industry. The BIM Modeler’s day typically involves creating accurate 3D models in Revit based on design drawings and project standards. They then generate 2D documentation—such as plans, sections, and elevations—from those models, ensuring proper annotations and sheet setup. The role also includes updating models for design changes, maintaining compliance with BIM protocols, and managing files in the Common Data Environment. Finally, they perform quality checks and collaborate with the BIM Coordinator and other team members to keep models consistent and error-free. This role will be required to work ONISTE at the client's site M - F.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma of GED

4+ years of experience performing 3D Modeling / Drawing in Revit & AutoCAD

Ability to perform Clash Detection in Navisworks

Experience with Industrial MEP Scope

Ability to work ONSITE
