Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team in the Sioux City, Iowa region. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians interested in employer relations, industrial rehabilitation, and work-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an active caseload and provide personalized, evidence-based physical therapy.
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries using appropriate diagnostic and treatment interventions.
- Focus on functional capacity, ergonomic safety, and progressive return-to-work programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Apply independent clinical decision-making to complex patient presentations.
- Maintain accurate real-time electronic documentation.

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or MSPT).
- Eligible for professional state licensure.
- Iowa PT license preferred, but not required to apply.
- Primary practice locations include Sioux City, IA and Dakota City, NE.
- Employer will assist with appropriate state licensing after hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Strong computer and electronic documentation skills.
