Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a medical unit at a rural hospital. The RN will assess patients, implement nursing care plans, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patient condition and accurately document care.
- Provide patient education and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or degree from an approved nursing program.
- Valid Oklahoma or compact/multistate RN license.
- Up to 6 months of related experience accepted.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in a rural hospital setting.

Up to $10,000 relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates relocating from 71+ miles away.
