Qualifications:

• Valid and active CTC licensure with a Moderate/Severe (Mod/Sev) authorization is required
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred
• Strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in the ESN SDC program
• Collaborate with instructional teams, families, and support staff to create effective learning strategies
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records in line with IEP goals
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere
