Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based | General Education & Autism Support Classrooms

A school district in Stamford, CT is seeking a BCBA to join its team for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. One position remains available, and the district is prepared to interview and hire qualified candidates quickly.

Position Details:

ASAP through June 30, 2027
35 hours per week
Full-time school-based position
Support general education students
Work within classrooms supporting students on the autism spectrum
Caseload covering approximately 1–2 grade levels
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Consult with teachers and school staff
Provide behavioral support and recommendations
Collaborate with educational teams

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
School-based experience preferred
Experience with FBAs and BIPs
Experience supporting students with autism preferred
Strong consultation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff
