Equipment Op

Pay Rate: $19.26 per hour
Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Schedule: 12-Hour Shift | Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Equipment Operator I to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment while helping ensure that operations run safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

• Operate and monitor assigned equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow established operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or abnormalities.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Load and unload materials as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Complete production records and required documentation.

• Communicate equipment or production concerns to supervisors.

• Follow all company quality, safety, and attendance policies.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Previous equipment operation, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.

• Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Competitive pay: $18.00 per hour
