Nanny Needed For My Children

I'm currently in the process of getting divorced and now live on my own, with my 18-month-old son half the time. We have one very friendly cat. I'm looking for a babysitter for occasional care for a few hours during the day, sometimes in the evening. I'm hoping to meet and interview potential sitters ahead of time so we can find a good fit and have someone to reach out to as needed. I'm nonbinary, and I'm looking for someone who is comfortable working with queer families. The first time I likely need care is the morning of 10/6, although that's not confirmed yet.
