Childcare Needed

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and engaging babysitter for our 3. 5-year-old daughter in Shaker Heights. Responsibilities will include a mix of structured and unstructured play, giving her a snack and dinner (which I prepare in advance), and helping her get ready for bed. Someone who can reinforce positive behavior and manage discipline in a calm and empathetic way would be a plus. A bit about our daughter: she is sweet-natured, affectionate, and friendly.
