Production Assistant – T-Shirt Printing

Two Joints Surf Co. is hiring a dependable Production Assistant to help print T-shirts and keep daily production running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and organize T-shirts for printing, checking sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Help print shirts according to each order’s instructions.
• Check finished shirts for correct design placement, print quality, and accuracy.
• Fold, sort, and pack completed shirts.
• Keep the printing area, equipment, and supplies clean and organized.
• Follow equipment safety procedures and report printing problems promptly.

• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn our printing process.
• Good communication and the ability to work well with others.

Position details

• Pay: $18-$20.00 per hour
• Location: Clearwater, FL
• Employment type: Full Time
• Schedule: Mon-Sun
• Printing experience: Recommended
