About the Role:

As a Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborating with the care team to identify and address any patient concerns or issues

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
