Electrical Helper

Morgan Corp.’s Industrial Division is an industrial contractor that self-performs major trades across industrial markets, including power, water/wastewater, water infrastructure, mining, and related sectors throughout the Southeast. We are seeking an Electrical Helper to support electricians and lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems. No prior electrical experience is required. This role is designed for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in the electrical trade. Training and supervision will be provided.

Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily outdoors and on active industrial construction sites in varying weather, terrain, and field conditions. The position requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching at and above shoulder level, grasping and handling materials or tools, and pushing or pulling. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. and work safely around construction equipment, electrical components, elevated work areas, and other job site hazards.
