As a per-diem OT, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness, and regain their independence. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to address the unique needs of our residents

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased independence

• Develop and implement creative and engaging treatment programs to enhance cognitive, physical, and emotional abilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and promote positive outcomes

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
