Job Summary
We are seeking a Direct Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of  people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Monday-Friday 9am-4pm 
 
Responsibilities 

• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities, assist with developing skills
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Community Outings

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is Required
• First aid and CPR-certified-Required
• Required must have completed the OCHN Docebo training requirements  
• Required upload  Docebo completion certificates 
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull 
• Must have a good driving record with valid drivers license 
• Must have vehicle with auto insurance
