Snell Services, a fast-growing and customer-focused HVAC and Plumbing company, is expanding once again! We're looking for a highly organized, energetic, and customer-oriented Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in Sterling, VA.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while coordinating schedules and dispatching technicians efficiently. You'll help ensure our customers receive prompt, professional support for their HVAC and plumbing needs.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, office administration, retail, hospitality, or a related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Confidence assisting customers with questions regarding service and repair appointments
• A team-first mindset and collaborative approach
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn scheduling and dispatch software
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
