$45–$76 PER HOUR — COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Platinum Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) for in-person, school-based positions in Salem, Oregon. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently for 30 to 32 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and IEP-directed services in a school setting.

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for initial eligibility and re-evaluations.

• Develop and implement occupational therapy goals and services aligned with student needs and IEPs.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and evaluations.

• Participate as a direct member of IEP teams and attend IEP meetings.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team.

• Support students in developing functional, academic, and school-related skills.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon.

• Experience working as an OT in a school-based setting.

• Experience serving as a direct member of IEP teams.

• Experience conducting occupational therapy assessments and evaluations.

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Commitment to supporting students and collaborating with school teams.
