Mechanical Assembler – Magnetics (Entry-Level) | Clearwater, FL
Pay: $18–$21/hour | Schedule: Day Shift | Temp-to-Hire
We're hiring a Mechanical Assembler – Magnetics to join a manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a career in electromechanical assembly and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assemble current and power transformers using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and solder terminals to magnet wire.
- Install hardware and complete final product assembly.
- Inspect products for quality and identify assembly issues.
- Complete production documentation and maintain an organized workstation.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with manufacturing or assembly experience (technical school graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Experience with hand tools or soldering is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
