Electronics Assembler | Clearwater, FL
Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE | Day Shift | Temp-to-Hire
We're hiring an Electronics Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who wants to build a career in electronics production.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electromechanical products using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Install components, route wiring, and perform crimping, stripping, and basic wiring tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any assembly issues.
- Maintain production records and keep a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience (technical school graduates encouraged to apply).
- Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or wiring is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
