We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Scotch Plains. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence through individualized therapy.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care

• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance

• Establish meaningful goals and monitor resident progress

• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to improve safety and independence

• Modify treatment plans based on resident needs and response to therapy

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with COTAs, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals

• $42–$47/hour
