Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
