 is looking for a kind, welcoming Receptionist to be one of the first points of contact for our customers and help create the professional, attentive experience they expect from a luxury dealership. 

You’ll welcome customers, answer calls, help direct them to the right person, and pitch in with everyday front-office tasks. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping people.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Help customers get connected with the appropriate department
• Assist with filing, data entry, paperwork, and general office tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Receive and distribute messages, mail, and correspondence
• Support other dealership departments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and standard office programs
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Dependable and punctual
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
