Job Summary: The ADT Supervisor is primarily responsible for effectively managing the Day Programming facilities with tasks ranging from client transportation, in-house activities, meal prep/oversight, and community involvement.
Required Competencies: Four-year college degree or two years work experience with High School Diploma or GED; minimum one year experience in the field as a direct care staff; valid driver’s license in state of residency; valid automobile insurance
Primary Responsibilities: Plan daily outings; facilitate community access for ADT participants; account for client/ADT funds; maintain all required documentation; interact with clients/guardians/home care providers/case managers; and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all ADT participants
Additional Accountabilities: Maintain participation logs; revise participant outcome/objective documents; attend all participant assessments (such as plans of care); lead and train all ADT staff; administer medicine; maintain an appropriate stock of supplies and medicine at ADT site at all times; assist with weekly billing; and maintain the cleanliness of the ADT site
Preferred Competencies: Strong leadership abilities; time-management; ability to multi-task; excellent communication and social skills; and competency in basic math and computer skills
Physical Demands: Regularly required to verbally communicate, use hands, physically assist ADT participants, operate transports, and possess the physical capacity to reasonably perform his/her job in an office setting.
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
- 21+ years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Own a personal vehicle
- Valid auto liability insurance
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
- Available to work: weekdays
- Management skills: supervising employees
- 1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license
