Babysitter - Now Hiring

We have a 14-month-old who has had a long-standing babysitter who is no longer available. We were hoping to wait until our boy was closer to 2 years old before starting daycare. My parents help out 2 days a week and we usually have a baby sitter 2 other days. My husband and I split Fridays. We would need someone to watch our boy from about 8:45 to 2:45, but we can be flexible in adjusting that schedule. We also are flexible which 2 days.
