BAE is looking for an experienced Sr Integrated Project Manager to manage technology projects within our Information Technology Organization, **including IT Infrastructure Modernization and Cloud Migration.** The PM will be responsible for end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale IT projects for IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity in the cloud. The candidate will be leading programs and projects through the project lifecycle including Planning and Analysis, Execution, Delivery, Stabilization and Benefit Realization. Strong project management experience is required which includes: Lead complex enterprise IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, business objectives, and measurable value outcomes, including initiatives **involving transitions to cloudhosted or thirdparty managed environments.** Manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, stabilization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and benefit realization **for both onpremises and cloudbased platforms.** Drive cross-functional collaboration across business leaders, technology teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, compliance, vendors, and other key stakeholders, **including cloud service providers and managed hosting partners.** Translate strategic intent into executable delivery plans, balancing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and changing business needs across hybrid environments **(onpremises, hyperscaler cloud, and virtualized managed service platforms).** Provide strong stakeholder leadership across a complex matrixed environment, building trust, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining momentum across competing interests, **including migration efforts across multiple hosting providers.** Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications and presentations, including program updates, key decisions, risk escalations, roadmap views, and **recommendations related to datacenter transitions or cloudhosting changes.** Use data and structured analysis to support decision-making, communicate program health, identify patterns, and tell a clear story around progress, risk, and business impact ac **ross both traditional infrastructure and cloudbased services.** Identify and manage cross-program dependencies, organizational risks, and delivery constraints to improve predictability and enterprise coordination, particularly **when migrating workloads between datacenters, hyperscalers, and managed service providers.** Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure solutions are delivered successfully, adopted effectively, and positioned to achieve intended outcomes, **whether hosted on-premises or within cloud/managed environments.** Promote modern project and program management practices, including customer focus, responsiveness, adaptability, continuous improvement, and strong organizational awareness **applicable to cloud migration and hybrid-hosting models.** Coach and influence team members and partners to strengthen execution discipline, collaboration, and delivery excellence across programs **involving infrastructure modernization and cloud transition.** Support financial and operational rigor through effective planning, estimation, resource coordination, and tracking of delivery performance, including cost considerations **for cloud services, hosting providers, and migration efforts.** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree and minimum 8 years work experience.PMP CertificationEnhanced servant leadership skillsEffective customer ownership, customer centricityEffective leadership of program/project execution, program/project successHands-on experience with agile project execution, release agilityStrong stakeholder management skills.Detail oriented, organized, disciplined.Proactive, problem solving skills, innovative, change championBusiness and strategic plan development.Project finance management experience.Executive level communication and presentation skillsLearning agility, relentless improvement mindsetExpertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Preferred Skills and EducationAgile CertificationAerospace & defense industry experienceEarned Value Management experienceServiceNow SPM experienceExperience coordinating migrations to virtualized cloud environments delivered through managed service providers **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Agile Certification + Aerospace & defense industry experience + Earned Value Management experience + ServiceNow SPM experience + Experience coordinating migrations to virtualized cloud environments delivered through managed service providers **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
