Concierge - Now Hiring

A Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Concierge in Staten Island, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet incoming Residents and their families, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move-in experience.

• Confirm rooms are clean, prepared, and welcoming prior to each new Resident's arrival.

• Orient new Residents and families to the community, providing a full tour of the Facility.

• Liaise with unit managers to coordinate timely evaluations for newly arrived Residents.

• Check in with new Residents within their first three days of residency.

• Conduct a minimum of three walkthroughs per floor daily to check in on Resident needs and address concerns.

• Keep an accurate daily log of questions, concerns, and issues raised, along with any follow-up actions taken.

• Submit daily logs to the Facility Administrator.

• Support Residents through the discharge process, with a follow-up call or visit the following day.

• Pitch in wherever needed — a collaborative, flexible team player who helps solve problems across the board.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active CNA license required

• Genuine passion for working with and supporting elderly Residents

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Background in Long-Term Care Community Relations preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Comfortable multitasking and maintaining focus amid frequent interruptions

• Self-driven with a proactive, motivated work style
