Plastics Molding Process Technician (HDPE/PET)

Own the Night Shift as a Plastics Molding Process Technician

Location: Plainfield, IL
Compensation: $23.00/hour
Schedule: 7pm–7am, 2-2-3 rotating pattern
Start: Immediate

As a key member of our production team at Integrity Trade Services, you’ll keep high-speed plastics lines running smoothly while ensuring every bottle meets exacting standards. You’ll be eligible for comprehensive ITS benefits upon hire and receive a reliable weekly paycheck.

A night in the role

• Run site-specific equipment—whether injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion—to manufacture high-quality plastic products.
• Change molds and neck finishes, help with setups, and jump in on troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Visually inspect bottles and immediately escalate any nonconforming product.
• Accurately log production data, quality checks, and system entries to keep records current.
• Champion safety and housekeeping on the floor, keeping your area organized and compliant.

What you bring

• Hands-on background in blow molding, injection, or extrusion (preferred).
• Forklift operation skills and safe material handling habits.
• Working knowledge of HDPE/PET, common hand tools, and basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, SAP).
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with temperatures above 90°ree;F.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
