Bridge Structures Maintenance Crew Lead

Are you the field leader who can orchestrate multiple crews and subs to keep bridge assets safe and serviceable? Do you thrive on planning the work, sequencing activities, and ensuring quality and compliance—while keeping people safe and productive?

What you’ll do

• Direct daily bridge maintenance operations and enforce CCI policies, procedures, and values onsite.
• Build and manage schedules, coordinate inspections, and align equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to meet milestones.
• Coach field teams: set expectations, deliver feedback, and administer discipline when needed.
• Safeguard compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.

What makes you successful

• 5-7 years in the construction industry, including leadership of field crews.
• Hands-on bridge structure construction experience as a foreman, superintendent, or lead.
• Track record of planning logistics, coordinating vendors, and passing inspections.
• OSHA 10 and a valid driver’s license (acceptable driving record required).

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Drug Test/Screening, Reference Checks, OSHA 10 certification, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and construction leadership experience.
